Company named «Honda» was created in 1948 by one of the most impressive inventors and businessmen, Soichiro Honda. One interesting fact: not every large company like this has its own slogan. So, theirs sounds like: "The Power of Dreams". In his first venture in the manufacturing industry, Soichiro Honda established piston-driven circles, which he improved in his basement in 1938. Two years later, he received a global order from Toyota.
    Honda had to produce a significantly larger number of vehicles than usual. Therefore, they decided to construct a new facility for their productions. However, after the Second World War, they sold this facility to Toyota. Subsequently, they ventured into a new endeavor - manufacturing various motorcycles. Additionally, they focused on their marketing strategy. In 1958, the company introduced a captivating new motorcycle model called the Super Cub, targeting small-scale entrepreneurs.

    For businessmen, whose simplest motorcycle had to change to a bike. It was affordable, easy to use, and much safer than a bike. There was a huge demand that you could ever imagine. By the end of 1967, a company named "Honda" had become the largest motorcycle production facility in the world. In the following years, "Honda" introduced other types of vehicles and pickups, but it was limited to Japan and the USA only.

    Surprisingly, the Honda Civic was a real breakthrough in 1973. Another fact to note (albeit terrifying): the earthquake on March 11, 2011 caused significant damage. As a result, all plants were temporarily shut down. However, they were eventually renovated and resumed operations.

The Ridgeline Baja Race Truck presented to the public only in general terms resembles the 2017 model year production Ridgeline, which will be available for sale in mid-2016. The two vehicles share similarities, except for the front and rear parts and the roof.
    
    The racing truck was developed by the American sports division Honda Performance Division in collaboration with the Proctor Racing Group team - Jeff Proctor will be the driver. The design was carried out by engineers from the Honda Research Center in Los Angeles, drawing inspiration, they stated, from the shapes of the upcoming Ridgeline generation. The vehicle is powered by a 3.5-liter HR35TT 6-cylinder sports engine.
    A pair of turbochargers allows you to extract 550 hp from this engine, but in a desert race, power takes a back seat to durability. Art Syr, president of Honda Performance Development, stated at a pickup event: "We are excited to reveal some of the design choices for the upcoming Ridgeline and to mark our return to the Baja races. While the sporty pickup differs significantly from the production model, it not only showcases the new model's design but also maintains a range of unique features. The Ridgeline will continue to be a true workhorse."
