Worldwide Shipping
SupDec Graphix ships custom vinyl decals, emblems, and vehicle accessories worldwide, with some destination restrictions. Most products are made to order and carefully packed before shipping.
All orders are shipped from our production studio. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, but may take up to 3 business days during busy periods.
Tracking Information
We provide tracking for most orders. In some destination countries, tracking updates may be limited or unavailable after the package leaves the origin country or enters the local postal network.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates do not include the time required for customs clearance in the destination country. Delivery may sometimes take longer depending on customs procedures, postal workload, holidays, weather conditions, or the destination country.

If your order has not arrived, please contact us no earlier than 15 days after receiving your shipping notification.
Customs Duties, VAT and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or other local taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility at the time of delivery.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and taxes are covered by us where required.
For orders shipped to the European Union, Canada, Australia, Japan, and other international destinations, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or other local charges that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
At SupDec Graphix, most products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference changes, incorrect installation, or custom/personalized products.
However, we do accept replacements or exchanges if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
To review your request, we may ask you to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product must be returned with all original parts, accessories, and packaging, using the same or equivalent protective shipping carton. Incomplete returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10–50%. Items returned with signs of misuse, installation damage, or severe damage may be refused.
Return Window
You must initiate a return or exchange within 15 days from the delivery date. After this period, we may no longer be able to process a return or exchange.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a defective item.
Non-Returnable Custom Products
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation Policy
All SupDec Graphix products are made to order. Buyers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, unless the order has already entered production or preparation for shipping.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted. In rare cases where production has not yet started, we may consider a late cancellation request at our discretion.
If you cancel your order without a justified reason, a 15% cancellation fee may be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
