WE SHIP WORLDWIDE (with some exceptions)
All our products are carefully packed to order in our studio. Processing may take up to 3 business days, but we usually ship within 1-2 business days.
All orders are shipped from Europe via International Air Mail (with or without signature on delivery) and delivered by your local post office.
Tracking
We offer tracking for all orders, except for deliveries to certain countries where tracking is not available.
Estimated delivery time
Our shipping estimates do not include the time used for Customs procedures in the destination country. This means that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs, or VAT charges, which could cause delays. We are not responsible for any specific taxes imposed by the destination country for orders shipped outside the European Union. These charges are separate from shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery. Customers are also responsible for any international customs and duty fees.

- to the US: 2 weeks (UPS or USPS/FedEx).
- to Japan: 2 weeks
- to Canada: 2 weeks (UPS/FedEx)
- to the EU: 7-10 business days (UPS/FedEx/DHL)
- to Australia: 3 weeks (USPS/FedEx)
- Delivery times to Asian countries may vary significantly (Please contact us for more information).
If your order has not arrived, please contact us no earlier than 15 days after receiving your shipping notification.

Do You Accept Returns?
All sales are considered final.
However, we do accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please follow these steps:
Contact us first – Email us at support@supdec.com before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Provide proof – Send clear photos of the damage or defect to our support team.
Return all original contents – The product must be returned with all parts, accessories, and original packaging, using the same or equivalent protective shipping carton.
Incomplete returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10–50%. Items returned with signs of misuse or severe damage may be refused.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Return Window
You must initiate a return or exchange within 15 days from the delivery date.
After this period, we will no longer be able to process a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom or personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order without a valid reason, a 15% cancellation fee will be imposed. This fee is to cover non-refundable payment processing charges from third-party providers.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate the return procedure, kindly send an email to support@supdec.com including:

Reason for return
Clear photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Our team will assess your request and furnish return instructions.
Processing Time for Returns
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the status.
Approved exchanges will be promptly shipped.
Refunds, if applicable, may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment method.

Cancellation Policy
At SupDec GraphiX, all our products are made to order, ensuring each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. To maintain our high standards and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Window:
Buyers can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order, unless the order status has changed to Prepare for Shipping.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of purchase will not be accepted.
How to Cancel:
To cancel, please get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours by emailing support@supdec.com.
Include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Exceptions:
In rare cases where production has not yet started, we may consider late cancellation requests. This will be at the sole discretion of SupDec GraphiX and subject to approval.
Refund Process:
Approved cancellations made within the 24-hour window will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 2 days to reflect in your account.
Amendments to Orders:
If you require alterations to your order (e.g., size, colour, customisations), kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Changes requested after 24 hours may not be guaranteed and might not be possible to accommodate.
